Strategic Collaboration Agreement With Kuasar UK Ltd.

The Strategic Collaboration Agreement is designed to facilitate the transfer of Kuasar MARIN’s extensive expertise and knowledge in naval architecture, ship design, and marine engineering to KUASAR UK Ltd. This collaboration aims to establish a new UK capability focused on delivering contemporary solutions across Offshore Supply Chain, Marine Decarbonization, and Naval Ship design sectors.

KUASAR UK Ltd. will leverage Kuasar MARIN’s background intellectual property, engineering know-how, and design assets to accelerate its development activities. Through this support, KUASAR UK aims to generate its own project outcomes and products, with full ownership of the resulting foreground intellectual property. These resources will also support the development of innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to the technical and operational demands of the UK and international maritime markets.
